My Mom grew up in Saginaw, Michigan and really found her stride when she studied music at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. During her studies she discovered the Suzuki Method and became a pioneer in bringing Dr. Suzuki's revolutionary approach to the United States in the early 1970s. Mom and I talk about these things in this series of videos "Story Time with Mom" during the final year of her life:
